pub struct Serializer;Expand description
A serde::Serializer whose output is a CanonicalJsonValue.
This behaves similarly to serde_json::value::Serializer, except for the following
restrictions which return errors:
- Integers must be in the range accepted by
js_int::Int. - Floats and bytes are not serializable.
- Booleans and integers cannot be used as keys for an object.
serde_jsonaccepts those types as keys by serializing them as strings. - The same key cannot be serialized twice in an object.
serde_jsonuses the last value that is serialized for the same key (at the time of writing).
Trait Implementations§
Source§impl Serializer for Serializer
impl Serializer for Serializer
Source§type Ok = CanonicalJsonValue
type Ok = CanonicalJsonValue
The output type produced by this
Serializer during successful
serialization. Most serializers that produce text or binary output
should set Ok = () and serialize into an io::Write or buffer
contained within the Serializer instance. Serializers that build
in-memory data structures may be simplified by using Ok to propagate
the data structure around.Source§type Error = CanonicalJsonError
type Error = CanonicalJsonError
The error type when some error occurs during serialization.
Source§type SerializeSeq = SerializeArray
type SerializeSeq = SerializeArray
Type returned from
serialize_seq for serializing the content of the
sequence.Source§type SerializeTuple = SerializeArray

content of the tuple struct.Source§type SerializeTupleVariant = SerializeNamedValue<SerializeArray>
type SerializeTupleVariant = SerializeNamedValue<SerializeArray>
Type returned from
serialize_tuple_variant for serializing the
content of the tuple variant.Source§type SerializeMap = SerializeObject
type SerializeMap = SerializeObject
Type returned from
serialize_map for serializing the content of the
map.Source§type SerializeStruct = SerializeStruct

serialize_struct for serializing the content of
the struct.Source§type SerializeStructVariant = SerializeNamedValue<SerializeObject>
